If you have received a TERMINATION NOTICE – ONLY use the internet to make a payment if paying PRIOR to 10:00 a.m. on the Termination Date; otherwise call our office to make the payment and notify staff of pending termination. If you do not process the online payment before 10:00 a.m. on the Termination Date, the District WILL NOT have a record of the payment until the next business day. Your service WILL be subject to termination and additional fees WILL apply.
If your water service has been TERMINATED – DO NOT pay online; CALL our office at 304-757-6551 between 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday to make the payment and notify staff that water service is off due to non-payment.
The District will not turn-on water service after business hours. Any delinquent charges, reconnect fees and security deposit requirements paid after 3:30 p.m.; water service will not be restored until the following business day. Payments made before 3:30 p.m., the water service will be turned–on the same business day.
